At Elio, we’re building a software platform to make sustainable manufacturing the norm—starting with the 5th most emissions-intensive industry: pharmaceuticals.

We're looking for someone with experience in drug development (pharma co., CDMO, scale-up biotech) and/or life sciences in R&D, PD, CMC, or manufacturing, who wants to play a pioneering role in the industry's sustainability journey. You’ll work directly with Kami, Elio’s CEO, shaping the development of our product, which acts as an eco-design co-pilot for pharma process development.

We are looking for someone who:

✅ Has a background in 𝗯𝗶𝗼𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗯𝗶𝗼𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆, 𝗼𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗠 𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱𝘀
✅ Has a deep understanding of 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 (& is excited to apply this to a software product)
✅ Shows profound 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗵𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘀 (scientists & process engineers)
✅ Is 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 in pharma manufacturing (bonus if you have experience with product sustainability assessments!)
✅ Brings an 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗲𝘁— you excel in fast-paced environments, adapt quickly, and make things happen with limited resources
