Responsibilities:
- Messaging and Positioning: Develop clear and compelling messaging that effectively communicates HydroForecast’s value proposition to target audiences, including energy and water utilities, governments, energy traders, and customers in new markets we may enter.
- Content Creation: Create a wide range of marketing collateral, including website content, blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, presentations, and sales enablement materials to educate and engage prospects and customers.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches, feature releases, and market expansion initiatives.
- Sales Enablement: Partner with the sales team to develop sales collateral to support the sales process and drive revenue growth.
- Campaign Management: Work with marketing teammates to launch multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, webinars, events, and digital advertising, to generate leads and drive customer acquisition.
- Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials, and actively contribute to the evolution of the company’s brands.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., marketing, energy, and/or business administration).
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing or related roles, preferably focused on energy, water, utilities, or enterprise customers.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive decision-making.
- Keen understanding and appreciation for how Enterprise purchasing decisions are made and how to influence those decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and content.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling and bringing innovative ideas to life.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Work authorization: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States or Canada without sponsorship from Upstream Tech.
