Job Description

Finance and Operations Assistant

About Us:
Resilience Works specializes in providing trained, safe, and efficient labor to clients doing climate adaptation and mitigation projects. Resilience Works is wholly owned and managed by our non-profit parent, Resilience Force.

Resilience Works is dedicated to ensuring fairness, dignity, and family sustaining wages for workers. In California, we work in deep partnership with North Bay Jobs with Justice to train and develop the leadership of immigrant and Indigenous farmworkers and landscapers who bring experience working on the land here as well as traditional ecological knowledge from their homelands.

NBJwJ is a growing coalition of labor and community organizations standing up for economic, racial, and climate justice. NBJWJ is based upon a direct-action model of solidarity, and we organize to support our broad-based membership. We are currently focused on supporting farmworkers, landscapers, and resilience workers who are organizing for justice and a just transition on the front lines of climate change fueled wildfires, floods, and drought. We are affiliated with National Jobs with Justice and are based in Santa Rosa, CA.
