The Billion Oyster Project’s PMO (Project Management Office) Manager is an organized, detail-oriented professional
who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively with teams. This proactive
problem-solver is IT-savvy and skilled at communicating clearly with all levels of stakeholders. With strong leadership
abilities, the PMO Manager will motivate and guide project management teams to deliver high-quality results on time,
within scope, and on budget.
This role is critical in ensuring that project management processes are efficient, standardized, and aligned with
organizational goals while navigating the complexities of a dynamic nonprofit environment. The PMO Manager will
support three programmatic departments—Community Engagement, Education, and Restoration—by implementing
and maintaining project management best practices. They will facilitate project team and program-level planning and
execution, and foster cross-functional collaboration and information sharing.
